Lily Parker(she/her) is a versatile performer, teacher, and artist based in both New York City and Philadelphia. Her educational credentials include a Bachelor of Music in Music Theatre with a minor in Directing from Oklahoma City University. She also recently completed her master’s degree in Vocal Performance (Musical Theatre Emphasis) and an Advanced Certificate in Vocal Pedagogy from New York University.
Lily loves to fill her time performing in cabarets at the likes of Chelsea Table and Stage, Green Room 42, and more. In addition to performance, she is a passionate voice teacher, maintaining a private studio of ages 13-45 and singers of all levels. She made her regional debut at Lyric Theatre of Oklahoma as Kaylee/US Alyssa in The Prom and Postulant/US Liesl in The Sound of Music. Other recent production highlights include performing with the NYU Broadway Orchestra under the direction of Ted Sperling and choreographing and dancing in Jake Heggie’s opera, Two Remain. Some of her additional directing credits include Ride the Cyclone and Sunday in the Park with George (Assistant Director to Joe Loccaro).
As an artist and teacher, her mission is to empower others to be the most authentic version of themselves and inspire joy.
Lily’s latest obsessions include listening to her home-state icon, Chappell Roan, and learning how to ice skate, and you’ll likely find her with her friends at their favorite tiki bar on the UWS!
